Kveik IPA?!

Cohen has long been an advocate for popularizing kveik strains because of their very special properties that allow for faster beer production, energy savings, and of course great beer! As usual, when it first became commercially available many craft breweries jumped on it to brew one or two batches to be part of the trend…and they probably named those beers something to do with Vikings or Norse gods. Now, a few years later, some are realizing maybe kveik wasn't just another flash in the pan craft beer trend, but is actually a game changing ingredient!
