In this episode, Advanced Cicerones Chris Cohen & Scott Fielder sit down to taste and discuss the differences between classic BJCP examples of Czech Premium Pale Lager (aka Czech Pilsner) and Munich Helles. We went with the one and only Pilsner Urquell vs. Weihenstephaner Original Premium. These are both widely available in the US and elsewhere, so you should be able to do this one at home. And here's a little tip...you're actually likely to see this one on the exam...but it's NOT an easy home run. Practice and get familiar with it, do your reps! 💪🍺 Good luck!
